About The Job


Excellent contract opportunity with a leading retail group at their Head Office in Egham Surrey. Working within a busy friendly finance the main purpose of the role is to:

To produce regular and accurate financial information to your Bookkeeper for reporting output to stores and senior management

Provide continuous support for retail stores

Key responsibilities:  Areas of responsibility will supplier invoices and statements, sales figures and highlighting areas of concern

Specific tasks:

  • Checking and uploading of Sales Reconciliations
  • Processing of internal sales/purchase invoices
  • Processing manual PDQ slips and sending to Lloyds
  • Processing Expenses
  • Uploading supplier invoices
  • Checking invoices for certain nominal codes have been extracted from general filing
  • Quarterly purchase invoice archiving
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Adhoc projects from your Bookkeeper

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year’s accounts experience, be confident and a strong communicator with non-finance and work with initiative. The culture is supportive and you will quickly feel one of the team.
