Major global FMCG seeks a newly qualified or 1-2 years post qualified commercial finance analyst to lead a small team, (first management role) that will provide effective business decision support through analysis reports, the role will interface and communicate at all levels within this major FMCG and will require direct interaction with the Channel and Category Heads. The individual will be expected to confidently discuss and present key deliverables. You will Co-ordinate the annual Sales & GP budget presentations to Sales Company Senior Management, including analysis & explanation of assumptions., co-ordinate month-end reports and forecasts, develop financial models to support scenario planning, forecasting, budgeting or process automation. Key will be your ability to change the parameters of this function to continue to react to business needs in a dynamic and competitive industry. The role provides excellent profile across senior management with both finance and operations. Your IT skills will be very strong with an ability to manipulate large volumes of data in particular SAP BW and Essbase would be an advantage. Career prospects are exceptional.
