About The Job

This is a very interesting, diverse role offering great flexibility and the opportunity to make this role your own over 22 hours a week including 2 half days in West London.

The primary responsibility of the role is to manage the financial matters for a high value portfolio of businesses. Supported by a Finance Assistant you will provide the financial and management reporting providing meaningful insight and analysis. There is extensive liaison with external clients and partners along with the management team.

• You will be Responsible for proactive and client focused finance management, including (but not limited to):
• All aspects of financial management, including: • Daily business transactional reporting for three corporate entities (each with investment property portfolios)
• Maintaining debtor and creditor ledgers
• Monthly management reporting
• Ad hoc financial analysis
• Corporate and statutory reporting obligations (accounting, tax and compliance)
• Annual reporting and engagement with external accountants
• Effective client organisation
• Liaising and coordination with business associates, external legal advisors and external accountants
• Close working with the client’s personal assistant and operations managers

The successful candidate will be qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA experienced Finance Manager, who works proactively and with autonomy with the desire to turn your hand to whatever is needed.
